Lots of storm clouds brewing the last

24 hours but nothing happenin yet

We did get some much needed rain on

Thursday though!!

Why we are THANKFUL for the rain

Garden Fresh Chicken Pesto Bake...

Its whats for lunch today!!
Garlic Infused Olive oil, Red Wine in a thin covering on the bottom of baking dish 
- a layer of veggies; zucchini, peppers, broccoli,fersh basil, fresh cilantro, 
then a layer of frozen chicken breasts,
 cover them with fresh pesto and another layer of veggies -
 Sprinkle with Garlic Infused Olive oil - bake for 1 hour... enjoy!

the HOT part of our

SHORT 

a week or two 

if we are lucky

so when we get a call that

company is coming 

we whoop for joy 

and take time to play

Cherry Festival Activities galore

to the beach to 

cherry shaking...
piggys in the pool
tour of our favorite 
little towns

we ate delicious food 

with wonderful friends

Watched fireworks over the 

bay from the best spot in 

Traverse

Laughter and Memories 

were made
 and 
remembered

Getting Back to eating RIGHT

After much research 

on why I keep getting cellulites in my foot

there is a good possibility

 it may be a sugar/yeast/fungus issue...

SO I am going to be 

even more diligent 

in eating

 the way I know that 

humans should!!!

2100 Miles in 5 days...

A last minute decision 

on Tuesday Morning

had us renting a car and

on the Road at 3pm Wednesday Afternoon

We were off to the 

Chappell Family Reunion 

(Bruces Moms family)

in Milford New Hampshire

Our first stop was 

Freedom, New York

after much delay by

the border patrol in Canada

(YES they strip searched the car) 

we arrived at my Uncle Georges at

1 am....
