Hiring jobs out?!?

Most of you know my hubby and my hubbys work ethics -
when he is asked to do a job he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done and done right -
We expect the same when we hire someone to do a job for us -
 yet we have two projects that we hired out -
one was not done correctly and one was never finished -
so that leaves us trying to find time to correct or finish the job ourselves or to hire yet another contractor -
THATS JUST NOT RIGHT!

"If your hired to do something
go above and beyond ... do it right
Your success as a business depends on it"

~~~~~~
Love this! It's true!
Maybe they need to change the date of the FIRST DAY OF WINTER
I don't understand the people that live in the North
and constantly complain about the cold and the snow -
HELLLOOOOO
YOU LIVE IN THE NORTH!!
