that was too good to turn down

Brief Reprieve

Yesterday we had partly sunny and no snow...
for the first time in over a week -
Then last night it started snowing again
around 6pm... there is another
6 more inches of fluffy white goodness - its still snowing!!!
Bruce went out to plow this morning around 5:30 am
he calls me at about 5:45 and says get dressed I am in the ditch...
So out I went to help him get his truck out from the
Snow Snakes grasp...
Snow snakes are some phenomenon that grabs your vehicle
and next thing you know you are in a ditch!
He was back plowing by 6 am
I came home and shoveled the deck and part of the drive way...

 Our Cattle LOVE the snow
 Brisket snowshoeing
For a few mins each it clears up and the sunshines
this was shortly after the picture above when
you couldn't see anything
On our hike yesterday
We didn't get far when I realized that
SNOWSHOES are needed!!

Its been snowing on and off for almost a week -
We have had close to 30" of snow in that time
