... Before we knew it winter roared in! For a week until this morning is been snowing and blowing - the little town south of us where the wedding was recorded wind gusts of almost 60 mph - the ONLY good thing about the wind is that we barely have any snow on the ground here at the farm with the 8 inches we got!! The wind has stopped today thankgoodness as about 3:30 am this morning the furnace decided it was tired - So first thing this morning - Bruce tears into it and finds someone to fix it for only 75.00 - whew - so hopefully we will be warm again as they are predicting more snow and blowing today - saying a huge storm is suppose to hit us this evening leave 8-10 more inches of snow - -
- Its been a whirl wind 3 months for us with the weddings & receptions (pictures posted on here) but we are thankful for all our privileges during that time!! Now to get settled again and back in to a normal routine - as if that is ever possible on a farm ;-)))
Bruce will be happy that I am finally getting better - I have been sick for a week first with a flu bug (not the way to lose weight let me tell you!!) Then with a full blown cold that has finally settled into my chest and sinusus - so I have this deep manly voice now... and cough whew - you would think it would bring up my socks!! ;-)) We are hoping this goes soon as I have only gone outside once this week to feed the birds - I miss doing chores and bonding with the critters!!!
Bruce is BUSY in the shop and we are very Thankful for that as there is a never ending stack of bills to pay ... Take care and thanks for checkin in.....
